violence
A group of men beat another man with sticks and smash a bottle over him, leaving his face bloodied. Another person is knocked out by a crunchy blow to the head with a heavy object. In a scene of abusive behaviour we see a man shouting aggressively at his weeping partner and briefly attempting to steer their car into oncoming traffic in an apparent murder-suicide attempt, but she is able to prevent him from doing so.
threat and horror
A pedestrian intimidates a driver by punching and kicking his car window, smashing the glass and bloodying his own knuckles. There are further scenes of threat involving the kidnapping of a child by a human trafficker, although the issue is resolved reassuringly.
language
Bad language includes ‘bastard’, ‘screw’, ‘crap’, 'damn' and ‘hell’.
sex
A woman begins to unbutton her shirt in front of a man, with the implication that she is offering him sex as payment for a debt; he tells her to stop, declining the offer.
injury detail
There are occasional moderate images of blood and cuts on people’s faces and hands in the aftermath of violence, as well as a fleeting close-up image of blood being wiped from a fresh stick-and-poke tattoo.
suicide and self-harm
An upsetting scene implies that a person has taken their own life off-screen.
theme
There are mild upsetting scenes, including ones involving a child in distress.
