sexual violence and sexual threat
A doctor repeatedly asks a woman to remove her clothes in his examining room, tugging at the neckline of her top at one point. When she strips behind a screen, he embraces her from the other side of the curtain, then lifts and spins her before putting her down. The pair converse throughout, but it is suggested by the woman the doctor may have unwanted designs on her.
additional issues
A woman slaps a man's face. There is an implied gunshot, which causes a man to stagger back and fall; there is no sight of injury. A man tries to prod another in the eyes to test his reflexes. A woman caresses a man's face and runs her finger over his mouth in a mildly sexualised way. There is mild bad language such as 'asshole' and 'dick'. Men kneel on a desktop, their hands bound behind them, and roll off it onto the ground below as others chant around them; while not immediately clear, it soon becomes apparent this is some sort of student ritual. A man rides a wheeled bag full of coal down a steep slope, falling off and crashing along the ground; he escapes unharmed. Dead animals such as birds and hares are seen hanging from the side of a building.
