BARE is a Belgian documentary in which eleven naked men audition, rehearse and perform for choreographer, Thierry Smits's dance piece, 'Anima Ardens'.
Naked men fool around with a microphone in the shower room, comically imitating sex by moaning loudly and using their bodies to make other sexual sounds and gestures. In another sequence, male performers discuss the 'primal' nature of sex, particularly before orgasm.
There is male full frontal nudity throughout, with occasional close-up focus on genital and buttock detail. Infrequently, this is in a sexual context.
There is infrequent strong language ('f**k'). There are also references to recreational drug misuse.
