We briefly see a man sawing into a woman’s throat with a blade, with resulting bloody detail. Further bloody images occur when a man is brutally stabbed and shot to death, and when another man’s head is struck with a large rock. There are also moderate fight scenes, beatings and blows with heavy objects, as well as infrequent references to domestic abuse.

There are moderate references to sex work and pornography. In one scene a sex worker removes her top in front of a client, but the nudity is thoroughly blurred out, and the client immediately panics and leaves.

There are references throughout the film to young women being forced against their will into participating in sex work. A series of flashbacks shows a group of criminals blackmailing one of the victims by threatening to release a video of her kissing her boyfriend; these flashbacks culminate in a short but upsetting sequence in which a man repeatedly paws at the woman as she weeps and protests, implying off-screen rape. Other flashbacks show a man coercing his girlfriend into performing for a cam show, though the filming of the cam show and the footage itself are kept off screen. There is also a non-graphic verbal reference to a man sexually abusing his adult daughter.
suicide and self-harm
There are infrequent images of dead bodies of women who have killed themselves off screen, including one featuring moderate bloody detail. Another scene features a brief flashback to a woman preparing to take her own life, without graphic detail.
