Another World

Characters are variously whipped, kicked, and shot at with bows and arrows. There are severed limbs and decapitations. A monster eats a child, with sight of blood spurts. Characters fight fantastical monsters with blades. A character cuts off their own arm, in a moment that does not show bloody detail. A character is impaled on spikes.

Scenes of threat include characters collapsing in pain, knife threat and fantastical scenes of threat from monsters. A family are chased by a pack of wolves and seen hanging from a collapsing bridge.

There is occasional use of mild bad language ('bastard').

There is some focus on the body of a female character.

There is a scene of suicide with some bloody detail.

There is sight of bloodied dead bodies, severed heads and limbs, a character cut in half and blood-soaked clothing. A character falls into machinery, causing a large blood spurt.

There is graphic but brief sight of a dead woman after childbirth. There are frequent references to death and scenes in which characters struggle with extreme guilt and bereavement. It is implied that a family eats a dead family member.
