Scenes of violence include those on which people are beaten, stabbed, and slashed. In one scene, a man is decapitated. In another scene, a man's hand is sliced off. A man is murdered with a hydraulic drill. People are set on fire and burn to death. Many of these scenes include blood spurts and blood in the aftermath, Some scenes also include the use of improvised weapons (for example, sledgehammers). There are also stylised fight scenes, which include crunchy blows.

The film contains mild and very mild bad language ('bloody', 'damn').

It is reported that a schoolgirl has been sexually assaulted by a male teacher, and there are verbal references to the man pinching her 'private parts'. A man forces a kiss on a woman. One scene features an injured woman who has been molested.

A man carries a severed head after decapitating another man, and there is also sight of the murdered man's headless corpse pumping blood from the neck stump. There are scenes featuring heavily bloodstained corpses, as well as those featuring injured characters with open cuts, wounds, and bloody clothes.

Upsetting scenes include one in which parents cry after receiving their daughter's corpse.
