A person is shot in the leg. A series of targeted murders result in people being killed in explosions, poisonings, and drownings. People are punched, kicked, slashed with knives and have their arms broken in scenes of stylised violence. There is use of improvised weapons.

A man takes a studio audience hostage on live television. Targeted attacks by a serial killer result in a sustained sense of threat and menace throughout. A man throws an object to the ground while fighting with his wife. People are kidnapped and imprisoned in traps. There is gun and knife threat throughout.

Infrequent strong language ('f**k') is used as well as milder terms including 'bullshit', 'shit', 'bastard', 'bloody', 'hell' and 'damn'.

A woman is physically and verbally intimidated for teaching outside of her religious culture. A transgender person is shown to be rejected by their family. The film does not promote discriminatory attitudes.

People are shown with bloody cuts and wounds in the aftermath of violence. There is occasional bloody detail at crime scenes, as well as sight of charred dead bodies.

A person takes their own life in front of others; the scene cuts away before any graphic detail is visible. There are verbal references to suicide. During a religious ceremony, people are shown whipping themselves, resulting in bloody cuts and lashes.

There are mild upsetting scenes centred around mental health, illness and death.
