The British Board of Film Classification is the independent regulator of the video and film industry in the UK. We are a not-for-profit organisation with a unique position in the media landscape, classifying content across film, video, streaming services, and digital platforms. Our mission is to help children and families choose well by providing them with the guidance they need to have a positive viewing experience.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Central Services team.


As the first point of contact for our 50 staff members, you will provide essential first-line technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Details

Location: 3 Soho Square, London W1D 3HD (100% Office-Based)

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Benefits: 25 days holiday (increasing to 30), Group personal pension plan, non-contributory life assurance, and employee assistance support.
