VITA AND VIRGINIA is a period drama following the relationship between the writers Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West.

Sex

There is a moderate sex scene, without nudity, in which it is implied that a woman masturbates her partner. A group of friends question whether lesbian sex is penetrative.

Nudity

There is breast nudity in a scene in which a couple talk and kiss in bed.

There is very mild bad language ('damn'). Characters smoke cigarettes, reflecting the film's historical setting.
