SIX MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT is a British drama in which a secret agent takes up a teaching position at a school for German girls on the eve of WWII.

Violence

Scenes include shootings and fistfights, occasionally resulting in bloodshed.

Threat and horror

There are scenes of gun threat. In one sequence a man holds a kettle over another man, threatening to pour boiling water on him if he does not give up information. However, the man does not follow through on the threat.

Discriminatory behaviour includes a Nazi character claiming that Jewish people can be identified by their physiognomy, and an English man referring to Germans as "dirty krauts". There are undetailed references to suicide, and occasional use of mild bad language ('bloody', 'sod').
