SEVEN BLOOD-STAINED ORCHIDS is an Italian giallo horror film in which police attempt to catch a serial killer who leaves mysterious half-moon shaped tokens at the scene of his murders.

Violence

Women are stalked and killed. During the murders, there is an emphasis on female nudity.

Injury detail

There is strong injury detail, including sight of blood spurts as a power drill is driven into a woman's body.

There is a scene showing the aftermath of a suicide as detectives search a man's house. There are also references to drug misuse, including sight of a needle used to inject heroin.
