MAGIC is a psychological horror drama, from 1978, in which a ventriloquist moves to the country to resolve his love life and failing mental health.

Violence

A character stabs a man, in close-up detail, and with resultant bloodshed. A man bludgeons another's head using a wooden puppet.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as other terms such as 'bitch' and 'Jesus Christ'.

Other issues include a moderate sex scene, moderate sex references and natural breast nudity. A man's deteriorating mental health is a theme of the film.
