LASSO is a US horror film in which a violent cult of cowboys kidnap spectators at a rodeo.

There is frequent strong bloody violence as characters attack each other with lassos, whips, hot branding irons, pitch forks, cattle prods, mallets, horse shoes and saws.

Disturbing images

There are strong gory moments when characters' organs and limbs are ripped from their bodies. A man uses a dog's carcass as a puppet. There is sight of dead bodies in a mass grave, a character is impaled, and another is seen with a broken jaw.

Drug references include characters injecting themselves with horse steroids.

There is use of strong language ('motherf**ker', 'f**k') as well as milder terms ('damn', 'son of a bitch', 'screw', 'bitch', 'hell', 'God', 'dick', 'shit').

This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
