KASABA is a Malayalam language crime thriller in which a police officer investigates two murders.

Language

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms ('bitch', 'son of a bitch' and 'jerk').

Violence

Moderate violence includes punches and kicks in fight scenes, occasional bloody shootings, and a scene in which a man is attacked by gang members wielding shards of glass. There is limited injury detail. There are also scenes in which violence is directed towards women, including men slapping and punching female characters.

There is a discreet moment of sexual violence when it is implied that a woman bites a man's penis.

Threat

There are scenes of moderate threat in which characters are threatened at either gun or knife point. There is also a brief scene of sexual threat when a man touches a woman's body against her will.

Sex

There are references to prostitution when it is implied that several characters work and live in a brothel.
