GHOST WORLD is a coming-of-age drama, from 2001, in which the relationship between two teenage friends starts to fracture when one takes an interest in the romantic life of an older man.

Language

There is very strong language ('c**t') and frequent use of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker').

Sex

Two young women enter a sex shop; in the shop they examine and talk about a 'penis pump'. There are references to masturbation, virginity and genitalia.

There is a crude yet undetailed reference to 'date rape', as well as undetailed references to crack cocaine. There is brief gun threat. A man wields nunchucks.
