BYPASS is a British drama about a young man who tries to look after his sister when their older brother is sent to prison.

There are five uses of very strong language ('c**t'). Some of these are used during arguments but none are directed with particular aggression. The film also contains over forty uses of strong language ('f**k').

There is brief strong violence. In one scene a character knocks another out with a hard punch to the face during a heated argument, and in another scene a character finds a man lying unconscious as a result of an off-screen beating; the victim has blood streaked down his face and a swollen eye.

There is a sex scene between a young man and woman, without any clear nudity. There are infrequent drug references, such as when a character opens a bag to find multiple small bags of an unnamed drug.
