BLACK CHRISTMAS is a horror thriller in which members of a sorority house are terrorised by a hooded stalker.

Violence

Scenes include stabbings, strangulations, fistfights, and an implied neck break.

Threat and horror

The members of a sorority find themselves being stalked through darkened rooms and streets. Figures loom out of the dark or appear suddenly behind them in doorways. A woman is held hostage, tied in a chair, and threatened.

Sexual violence

References are made to rape and sexual assault, with brief flashbacks to the incident in question.

There is infrequent strong language ('f**k') and use of milder terms including 'bitch', 'shit', 'piss' and 'dickhead'.
