ASTRONAUT is a US drama in which an elderly man enters a lottery for the chance to go to space.

Language

There is use of mild bad language ('crap', 'shit', 'ass', 'bastard') as well as milder terms such as 'God', 'hell', 'damn' and 'booty'.

Theme

An elderly man holds his dying friend as he speaks his last words. An elderly man is agonised and afraid when he is suddenly taken ill. A father and daughter weep as they recall the death of a loved one.

An elderly character smokes cigarettes.
