Strong violence includes people being shot, stabbed, choked and hit with other objects, including axes and metal chains. Many impacts result in blood spurts. Throats are cut using blades, including in an occult ritual context. People are seen on fire, including in a historical sequence in which a witch is burned at the stake. A man's hand is severed by a supernatural force.

Scenes feature supernatural threats and horror jump scares, including a woman being grabbed by disembodied hands. Characters are restrained in threatening situations. Individuals are threatened with knives and guns, including sequences in which blades are held to people's throats and guns to their heads.

Strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker') is used, as well as moderate terms ('whore', 'son-of-a-bitch') and milder terms including 'shit', 'ass', 'bullshit', 'crap', 'damn', 'hell', 'frig', 'Jesus Christ' and 'God'.

Sex scenes include thrusting movements but no strong detail There are verbal sex references and innuendo.

There is brief background sight of cocaine snorting as well as a sequence in which a drug dealer prepares to inject a woman with heroin, although he is interrupted before he can do so. In another sequence, diners in a restaurant are deliberately fed hallucinogenic mushrooms, in order to make them turn on each other. There are verbal references to drug dealing and addiction.

A woman who has been tricked into consuming hallucinogenic mushrooms makes unwanted advances on a man, including grabbing at his clothed buttocks.

There is sight of severed hands and empty eye sockets after implied eye gouging. Corpses are seen with visible wounds, including intestines protruding. Burns and cuts are depicted on victims' bodies. Characters are shown with blood on their bodies and faces after violent encounters. There are several aftermath scenes showing pooled blood. In one scene, a woman hallucinates that a man is peeling off his own skin.

There is brief sexualised breast nudity when a woman writhes in a ritual context. A character's buttocks are briefly visible when she showers.

Characters forage for mushrooms in the woods, to use in a restaurant. This later results in people being poisoned by hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Funeral scenes depict people grieving. A character appears ill. There are references to substance addiction and its effects.

Adults are shown drinking alcohol. Brief scenes include smoking.
