This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
Strong violence includes stabbings, a throat-slashing and shootings which are bloody, and with gory aftermath injury detail. A line of bodies are seen hanging by nooses from the girders of a bridge. There is a gruesome image of a dog's carcass, with flies crawling in a gash on its throat which has been cut and the blood poured into cooking pots. In grainy images on a videotape, a man picks at a large wound on his side and extracts his bloody intestines which he places in a bowl and then smears the blood on a wall.
Teenage characters talk flippantly about suicide and suicide techniques. A character's history of self-harming is implied.
There are scenes of strong supernatural threat which are intense and occasionally sustained. There is strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder bad language such as 'bitch', 'shit' and 'asshole'. There is a scene of moderate sex which includes brief thrusting. There are also infrequent moderate sex references. There is brief breast and buttock nudity.
