- sexual violence and sexual threat
A woman repeatedly says ‘no’ when her fiancé tries to kiss her; he responds by pinning her arms behind her back and lying on top of her. She appears to acquiesce with reluctance, and we then briefly see their figures moving under a bedsheet, implying sex.
- violence
We see the skin on a man’s chest being pinched between pliers during a torture sequence. One man repeatedly stabs another, and we see a glimpse of blood on the blade in the aftermath. Moderate fight scenes feature crunchy kicks, punches, slaps and blows with heavy objects, sometimes resulting in brief bloody detail. A lightbulb is smashed on the side of a man’s face, leaving moderate wounds. There are also gunfire and shoot-outs. A man slaps his fiancée across her face, and another man repeatedly slaps his adult daughter and pulls her hair.
- injury detail
There is strong bloody detail in the aftermath of a shooting. After an off-screen stabbing we see a dead man with a moderately gory wound where his eye should be. Another scene features sight of a dead body hanging from a ceiling by his bound limbs. There is also brief moderate bloody detail in the aftermath of a car crash.
Bad language includes ‘chutiya’, ‘bugger’, ‘bastard’, ‘shit’, ‘saala’, ‘ass’, ‘fricking’, ‘crap’, ‘damn’ and ‘hell’, in addition to use of the ‘middle finger’ gesture. There are scenes of moderate threat, including gun threat and moderately intense car crash sequences. A villain is infrequently shown snorting lines of cocaine, and there are scenes of drug smuggling, including images of opium and bags of powder. Other issues include scenes involving a villain with a spinal deformity who goes by the name of ‘Hump’.
