KANTRI is a Telugu action thriller in which the hero finds himself embroiled in an underworld empire of crime.

The film was classified '15' for strong bloody violence. This includes frequent hand-to-hand fight sequences, sword fighting and fire fights. Blood is seen when characters are hit by gunfire, and when Kantri attacks enemies with a sword there is frequent sight of spurting blood.
A fight sequence also occurs on a bus, in which one character is thrown through a window, and another man's wrist is broken. Towards the end of the film there is also sight of a character breaking an enemy's elbow as he is lunged at with a knife, before using the knife on his attacker. BBFC Guidelines at '15' state that "violence may be strong.".
The film also contains one use of mild language ("bloody").
