THE X FILES - I WANT TO BELIEVE is a supernatural thriller about two FBI agents who investigate claims that a priest is experiencing visions relating to the disappearance of another agent.
- Injury detail
There are images of strong horror and injury detail throughout which include sight of a dismembered arm, decapitated heads and a man bleeding from his eyes. There are also some scenes of medical style horror as women have their blood drained for use by a terminally ill man.
- Threat
Women are forcibly kidnapped and abducted for use in medical experimentation.
There are also verbal references to paedophilia and child abuse.
