VILLAIN is a Malayalam language drama in which a police department is tormented by the crimes of a serial killer until a retired police officer decides to work the case.

Violence

Moderate violence includes punches, kicks, grappling and occasional stylised fight sequences involving knives and poles. Sometimes the violence results in characters bleeding from their mouths or foreheads.

Threat

Men are threatened with syringes. There are scenes in which a comatose woman seizes up in bed after a traumatic accident.

Injury detail

There is sight of bloody and bruised foreheads and arms after a car accident.

Drugs

There us a scene in which a man wipes his nose as if he has just snorted cocaine, as well as various references to "druggies".

Bad language is mild ('shit', 'crap', 'bloody', 'damn').
