VIKING ADVENTURES FROM THE BRITISH MUSEUM is a documentary of the museum's newest exhibition about the Vikings, featuring new artefact discoveries and dramatic reconstructions of Viking life.
- Violence
Mild violence includes dramatic reconstruction of Viking warriors fighting and swords clashing. References to violence include Vikings warrior names such as 'skullsplitter' and 'bloody-axe', and descriptions of weapons and where and how they were designed to injure an enemy, occasionally with visual demonstrations.
The film also contains descriptive uses of 'bloody', but no bad language, and mild threat.
Cuts information
Company chose to reduce scenes of mild violence and threat, and to remove more detailed verbal references to violence, in order to obtain a U classification. Cuts made in accordance with BBFC Guidelines and policy. An uncut PG classification was available.
