VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN is a retelling of the Mary Shelley story from the perspective of Igor, assistant to the young medical student Frankenstein.

Violence

There are scenes of moderate violence, including some heavy blows but little detail of injury. There is some aftermath sight of blood and sight of impalement, but of a non-human creature.

Threat

There are scenes of moderate threat, including people being scared and chased by a monkey-like fantasy creature.

The film also contains mild sex references, mild bad language (eg 'bloody', 'God', 'damn'), brief drug references and sight of anatomical sketches. There are some gory moments in which organs are experimented on and sight of medical procedures, such as an abscess being drained.
