VICKY DONOR is a Hindi subtitled comedy romance about an unemployed man who become a sperm donor after being hired by an entrepreneurial doctor. The film was classified '12A' for moderate sex references and one implied use of strong language.

The film includes infertility and the sperm donation business as its main theme. This means that the film's dialogue has frequent 'sperm' references which are mostly in the context of sperm donation or a sperm count. There are also moderate sex references which relate to 'having sex' and 'being good in bed', as well as the protagonist being criticised by his wife as someone who 'shags for money'. Aside from the verbal references, there is a scene where the main character Vicky is sent to a room with a sperm sample container and given some magazines and DVDs by the Doctor, which he describes as 'Double X, Triple X magazines, DVDs, a wild one'. There is a brief shot depicting the covers of these magazines, showing bikini-wearing female models. The BBFC's Guidelines at '12A'/'12' state 'Sex references should not go beyond what is suitable for young teenagers. Frequent crude references are unlikely to be acceptable'. Both the verbal and visual sex references and sperm donation theme in the film are handled with restraint and are neither frequent nor crude.

The film also contains one implied use of strong language in a scene in which a female childhood friend of Vicky is spurned by him when she tries to seduce him. She responds by uttering a muted "f*** you" at Vicky, which is identifiable as a single use of strong language, but only in an implied manner as the dialogue is muted in the film. The BBFC Guidelines at '12A'/'12' state that 'The use of strong language (for example, ‘fuck’) must be infrequent'.

The film also includes mild language and phrases in Hindi and English (eg. 'bloody', 'shit', 'crap' and 'your sister's..').
