V/H/S/2 is a horror film comprising what is presented as 'found footage'. The 'found footage' shows, amongst other things, the results of attacks by zombies, images of self mutilation, and an alien attack. The film is rated 18 for very strong bloody violence and gory images.

In spite of the grainy nature of the 'discovered' footage, there are some extremely gory scenes showing eviscerations and mutilations. Body parts are ripped and eaten by zombies; a man shoots himself in the head, causing a spray of blood and brain matter; a man tears out his own eye with a barbecue fork; another man shoots off his own face with a gun. The focus on bloodshed, gore and injury is both detailed and prolonged.

The film also contains some strong sex references, a single strong sex scene, and some sexualised nudity. In addition there are frequent uses of strong language ('f**k'.)

No-one younger than 18 may see an 18 rated film in the cinema. No-one younger than 18 may rent or buy an 18 rated video or DVD.
