TOWER OF LONDON is a black and white horror drama, from 1962, telling the story of Richard III and the 'Princes in the Tower'.

Violence

Moderate violence includes characters being stabbed with bladed weapons. There is blood on the blade of an axe after a character is impaled on it and a female ghost has bloody whip marks on her back. Otherwise, little or nothing is seen in terms of blood or injury detail. In one scene two youths are smothered to death with pillows. Scenes of torture include a young woman being stretched on a rack and a rat being introduced to a wooden box placed over a man's head.
