TEZZ is a Hindi language action thriller about a group of criminals who plant a bomb on a high speed British train as a police detective tries to stop them and save the passengers. The film was classified '12A' for moderate violence and injury detail.

The film includes several scenes of moderate violence in the context of a fast-paced action story. These include depictions of injury caused by gun violence and scenes of fighting between police and criminal characters. In an early scene some point blank shootings during a police raid result in injury to both police and criminals, without any focus on bloody detail. In a later scene, one of the main criminal characters is shot at but holds up a rucksack to protect his body from the impact. There are brief images of gunshot injury to characters hit in the legs and bodies, without any focus on injuries or blood. The action violence also includes some slow motion shots of a character punching another character in the face and another kick to the body being delivered. There is one scene in which bloody detail is visible, in a few brief shots, as a female character flees from the police on her motorcycle and is hit by a speeding car. There is some sight of blood on her face as she is carried away on a stretcher. The BBFC's Guidelines at '12A'/'12' state 'Moderate violence is allowed but should not dwell on detail. There should be no emphasis on injuries or blood, but occasional gory moments may be permitted if justified by the context'.

The film also includes Hindi and English uses of mild bad language (eg 'bastard' and 'shit') and some fleeting references to suicide, which are very much within the context of the story.
