SWEET SIXTEEN is a US slasher film in which a homicidal maniac stalks the teenagers of a small Texas town.

Violence

There are several bloody stabbings as victims are attacked by an unseen killer.

Language

Strong language includes uses of 'f**k' and 'motherf**ker', alongside milder terms like 'bitch', 'ass' and 'shit'.

Discrimination

Racist terms and behaviour are directed towards Native American characters, one of whom is aggressively described as a 'red nigger'. Discriminatory attitudes are not condoned by the work as a whole.

Nudity

A young woman is seen naked in the shower, and later emerging from a lake after going skinny dipping.

Other issues include moderate references to sex and drugs, and a scene in which a woman takes her own life.
