STOP AT NOTHING is a documentary about the rise and fall of former professional cyclist Lance Armstrong.

Language

There are five uses of strong language ('f**k'), as well as various uses of moderate and mild bad language, including 'ass', 'bitch', 'bullshit', 'God', 'hell', 'pissed', 'screw' and 'whore'.

Drugs

There are references to performance-enhancing drugs throughout. There are also references to the use of blood transfusions to boost sporting performance. There are no portrayals of actual drug misuse, although some brief dramatic reconstructions include sight of a syringe being removed from its packaging, a thumb pressing down on the plunger of a syringe, a hypodermic needle piercing flesh, and a transfusion blood bag filling with blood.
