STEP UP 5: ALL IN is a dance feature sequel about a group of friends who form a dance crew so they can enter a worldwide competition to win their own show in Las Vegas.
- Language
There are uses of mild bad language ('pissed', 'bastard', 'shit', 'crappy', 'ass' and 'screw') and some rude finger gestures, used by dancers to indicate a combative attitude during competition rather than anything sexual.
- Sex
Mild sex references and innuendo include a reference to dancing with 'cougars' to make a living, song lyrics with the words 'booty' and 'sexy', and a man suggesting a couple check out the hotel bed. The dance routines also contain some mildly provocative moves.
The film also contains sight of shop mannequin breast nudity, a fantasy dance routine in which dancers move as if they've been charge with electricity, and another routine showing dancers spraying water bottles from between their legs in a comic move.

This film was originally seen for advice. The BBFC advised the company that it was likely to be classified 12A, but that their preferred PG could be achieved by removing two uses of strong language. When the film was submitted for formal classification, both uses of strong language had been removed.
