STAGE FRIGHT - AQUARIUS is a subtitled Italian horror, from 1987, about a group of rehearsing actors who find themselves locked in a theatre with a killer. The feature is accompanied by additional documentary material.
- Violence
There is frequent strong bloody violence, including beheadings, stabbings, eviscerations and gory mutilations.
Scenes of sexual and sexualised violence include: a woman being thrust into as she protests; a group of virgins being 'deflowered' with dildos in a swimming pool; and a man being penetrated anally with a spear. These images contain no explicit detail and occur in a documentary context, outside of the main feature.

There are several strong sex scenes, including sight of thrusting and breast and nipple kissing.
The film also contains infrequent strong language ('f**k') and brief drug use.
