SOMETIMES ALWAYS NEVER is a British comedy drama in which a father searches for his son, who walked out on the family years before after an argument about a game of Scrabble.

Sex

A teenager is asked by his grandfather why he is playing a videogame in the role of a female character with "enormous breasts...bosoms, assets, glands, bazookas". A man complains that another man has been having sex in his bed.

Language

There is moderate bad language ('ho'), as well as milder terms including 'bloody', 'damn' and 'Jesus'.

There are passing references to the online grooming of children. The potentially upsetting subject of a missing son who might be dead is handled with restraint within the quirky humour of the film.
