SKIN TRADE is a thriller about human trafficking for the illegal sex trade and the attempt by a New York detective to track down one particular gang.

Violence

There is frequent strong violence, with bloody shootings and stabbings as well as some crunchy martial arts sequences.

Sex

There is a scene showing a man having vigorous sex with a nightclub hostess that includes some female breast nudity.

Nudity

There is sexualised nudity in scenes set in a pole dancing club.

Language

There is frequent strong language ('f**k' and 'motherf**ker'), much of it used in an aggressive fashion.

Drugs

There are some scenes of hard drug use as men are shown snorting cocaine.

Theme

The work has a theme focusing on the kidnapping of young girls for trafficking purposes and there is one scene showing dozens of terrified young victims locked up in cages.
