SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS is a dark comic thriller about a struggling screenwriter called Marty who wants to research psychopaths for his latest project. When his friend Billy becomes mixed up in the theft of a criminal's dog, Marty soon finds himself face to face with some real psychopaths.

Violence

There are a number of scenes of strong bloody violence. For example, a man calmly cuts his own throat, and people are seen being set on fire or having acid poured onto them. There are also a number of shootings, often resulting in large spurts of blood.

Language

There is infrequent very strong language ('c**t'), strong language ('f**k') throughout, and some use of discriminatory terms.

In one scene, some characters take a hallucinogenic drug in the desert, resulting in them behaving in a comic and ridiculous manner.

The film also includes strong visual and verbal sex references, verbal references to suicide, and some sexualised female breast nudity.
