SCIENCE FAIR is a documentary that tells the story of some of the 1700 high school students from around the world competing for the top prizes at the 2017 edition of the annual Intel International Science and Engineering Fair held in Los Angeles.

Language

There are uses of 'crap' and 'God' as well as one scene in which a student sums up the rehearsal of a presentation by saying "You know, that was really a effed presentation". Strong language is not actually used.

Drugs

There are also references to drug misuse, but these challenge the activity and offer aversive messages.

There is mild innuendo in a slogan on a t-shirt that reads "We Put The Stud In Study". A Bangladeshi Muslim student at an American school talks about feeling like an outsider and makes undetailed references to discrimination.
