REPO MEN is a futuristic thriller about men who repossess expensive artificial organs when the owners and hosts of those organs fall behind on their repayments.

There is a scene in which a man wields two knives and fights his way through a group of men, stabbing them in the neck and cutting their throats in slow motion; the man then takes a claw hammer to hit people in the face with. These moments are gory and prolonged and there is an emphasis on the infliction of pain and injury.

There are surgical-style procedures in which people are cut open in detail before artificial organs are removed from their insides. In one scene the hero and the heroine are shown doing this to each other whilst they kiss. There are also frequent uses of strong language.
