RABHASA is an unsubtitled Telugu language comedy action musical romance in which a hero saves a young bride-to-be from an unwanted marriage.

There are several moments of violence which are slapstick. However, there are also crunchy martial arts fight sequences, some featuring the use of improvised weapons such as machetes, axes, tree branches, metal bars, hockey sticks and cricket bats. Some scenes include blood spurts, for example when characters are slashed on the leg or face with shards of glass, when a man has his head smashed down violently on stone steps, and when a character is either shot or struck in the face. Some characters are seen to have bloody facial injuries.

Other issues include a scene of hanging and a single use of the word 'shit, which is spoken in English.
