Note: The following text may contain spoilers

PRAY FOR DEATH is US martial arts thriller, from 1985, about a Japanese man whose family become the target of an American crime syndicate.

Violence

There is strong violence and threat, such as stabbings and impalings with bladed weapons, gun shootings, and a scene in which a character cuts across another character's bare chest with a knife, causing bloody injury.

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'). There is also a use of discriminatory language when a character refers to another character as a "slanty-eyed son of a bitch".
