PARAMEDIC is a horror film in which two brothers abduct a woman and subject her to a series of sadistic assaults.

Violence

There are scenes of strong, gory violence throughout, involving characters performing crude surgery on living people to harvest their organs. At one point a man breaks a woman's leg by snapping it against the edge of a bed. There is also a scene in which a man rapes a woman.

There is strong language, including 'f**k', as well as milder bad language such as 'bitch', 'whore', 'shit' and 'asshole'. There is full frontal nudity and scenes in which an abducted woman initiates sex with one of her male captors in order to further her chances of escape. There are references to a three-way incestuous relationship between two brothers and their sister. A character also suggests he routinely engages in necrophilia.
