THE NOTORIOUS MR. BOUT is a US documentary about a Russian arms dealer and the sting operation that led to his arrest and imprisonment.

Language

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as various uses of milder bad language, including 'shit'.

There are also some moments of violence, including real news footage of tanks on fire during protests in Russia and clips from a fiction film showing gunfire and explosions. There are also verbal references to rape, murder and cannibalism in war zones, and how a woman was left with her face 'beaten to a pulp'.

There is a single reference to some violent house raiders being 'on drugs'.

There is a brief moment of natural rear male nudity as a man rolls around in the snow.
