MY FERAL HEART is a British drama about a young man with Down's syndrome who must adapt to a new life after the death of his mother.

Language

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'). Milder terms include 'prick', 'wanker', 'shit' and 'bastard'.

Sex

Moderate sex references include an undetailed verbal reference to 'porn' and brief sight of pages from a pornographic magazine, although the images on the pages are difficult to discern.

There are discreetly implied references to child abuse and abduction in scenes featuring a character who appears traumatised and dishevelled.

Other issues include occasional mild injury detail, including sight of a bite mark and streaks of blood as a character cleans his arm after being bitten by an animal. There is also a brief shot of some faded parallel scars on a character's arm, implying a history of self-harm.

There is a scene of violence in which one character punches another, resulting in a brief fight.
