MR. TURNER is a biographical drama about the artist Turner.

Sex

In one scene Turner visits a brothel, although he does so in order to create a picture of one of the prostitutes. Nonetheless, the prostitute does briefly expose her buttocks and inform him she does 'extras'. In another scene, Turner is seen adjusting a woman's clothes and his own trousers, before thrusting into her. However, the scene is relatively brief, the couple do not remove their clothes, and there is no detail of nudity. While both scenes could offend some viewers, they are both important episodes in establishing Turner's character.
