THE MOUNTAIN OF THE CANNIBAL GOD is an Italian horror adventure, from 1978, in which a woman goes to New Guinea to find her missing husband.

Violence

There is strong violence throughout, including scenes in which characters are beheaded and speared, resulting in strong bloody detail.

Disturbing images

Gory images include a scene in which a man's penis is severed with a spear. Another scene shows a man's guts and intestines being removed from his body.

Sex

Strong sex includes a scene in which a woman masturbates.

A scene of sexual threat shows a man mauling a woman who is tied up.

There are several scenes which feature sexualised breast nudity.
