MEOW is a Cantonese language sci-fi comedy in which a family accidentally adopts a giant alien cat.

Violence

Scenes of slapstick violence include one in which a man is beaten up by a pair of burglars who are armed with knives. Another character intervenes and knocks the burglars across the room, causing one to vomit clear liquid. Other scenes contain comic punches and slaps. There is no blood or injury detail beyond brief sight of a bruise on a man's leg.

In a scene of comic fantasy threat, a giant cat attempts to attack a sleeping family with a knife but instead gets into a series of slapstick scrapes. There is infrequent mild innuendo and sex references, including a reference to a 'horny-looking' man.
