MARNIE is a thriller about a female con artist whose husband and latest victim tries to help her.

Threat

During one scene the male client of a female prostitute is seen comforting the woman's little girl because she is scared by a storm. The man touches and kisses the girl on the head, which is interpreted by her mother as sexual threat. The woman attacks her client with a poker and he falls on top of her. The little girl is terrified by both the storm and the attack.

There is also a scene in which a sexually frustrated husband tears off his wife's nightgown, leaving her naked. Although no full nudity is shown, there is a shot of the woman's bare shoulders and legs, as well as sight of her crumpled nightgown on the floor, indicating her nudity.
