THE MAN WITH THE JAZZ GUITAR is a documentary about the late jazz guitarist and composer Ken Sykora. It was classified 'U' and contains no material likely to offend or harm.

The film consists of recorded broadcasts and interviews. There are verbal references to a person's drink problem and to Sykora's death but there is no distressing detail given. An interviewee recalls an anecdote concerning a jazz band performing at a nudist colony. The interviewee recounts how the band removed their own clothes as a courtesy towards the audience, who were subsequently discovered to have remained clothed as a similarly perceived courtesy. There is no sight of this. Sykora is often seen with a pipe in his mouth, but these historical images neither promote nor glamorise smoking. There is one use of very mild bad language ('hell').
