MAGIC MIKE is a comedy drama about a veteran male stripper who takes a younger man under his wing and teaches him about the business.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k').

Sex

The film features a number of sequences in which men, either as individuals or in a group, perform choreographed strip routines in clubs or at private parties. The performers remove their clothing to reveal bare torsos and buttocks but their genitals are always covered by thongs and pouches.

Nudity

There is some sight of topless women in a sexual context. There is also a comic sequence in which a performer in a dressing room attempts to use a vacuum pump to increase the size of his penis.

Drugs

There are scenes of drug misuse, as well as the use and dealing of drugs such as Ecstasy, which are portrayed as having wholly negative consequences for the characters involved.
